For our Surface Treatment Department, we are looking for a committed and assertive leader. Your focus will be on planning and managing daily operations, ensuring quality, deadlines and resources, as well as leading and developing your team.

Your tasks
- Technical and personnel management of the entire department
- Planning and coordination of personnel, capacities and orders
- Ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines and cost-effectiveness
- Optimising processes and workflows
- Close collaboration with the production, assembly and logistics departments
- Promotion and development of employees
Your profile
- Several years of experience in a leadership role
- Strong organisational skills as well as pronounced planning and coordination abilities
- Assertiveness, strong communication skills and high personal responsibility
- Resilience and solution-oriented working style
- Experience in surface treatment, paint shop, painting or sandblasting technology is an advantage but not a requirement
