- General administrative tasks as well as support for the management
- Responsibility for accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Processing and preparing incoming mail
- Timely coding, booking and filing of documents
- Handling internal and external enquiries regarding accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Monitoring and posting incoming payments and open items
- Dunning and debt collection
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a clerk EFZ or similar qualification
- Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Knowledge of Abacus FiBu is an advantage
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel)
- Sense of responsibility, reliability, sociability and customer-oriented approach
- Precise, independent, methodical way of working
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
