We are looking on behalf of our client, a major player in the healthcare sector in Switzerland, for a Billing & Accounts Receivable Manager at 80-100% based in Fribourg.

We are looking on behalf of our client, a major player in the healthcare sector in Switzerland, for a Billing & Accounts Receivable Manager at 80-100% based in Fribourg.

Reporting to the Finance team, your main duties will be as follows:

- Manage billing and accounts receivable activities
- Ensure billing compliance: TARDOC, DRG and VVG
- Act as TARDOC referent and support the teams
- Supervise collections, receivables and monthly closings
- Lead and develop the team
- Participate in structuring the Shared Service Centre
- Optimise and digitalise processes and ERP systems

Profile sought:
- Proven experience in billing and accounts receivable
- Essential experience in the Swiss medical sector
- Excellent command of TARDOC and good knowledge of DRG and VVG
- Experience in team management
- Good command of ERPs; Opale is an asset
- Fluent French; German and English highly appreciated
