Your Tasks
- Operational, business, professional and personnel management of the functional unit
- Participation in the management of the entire clinic, for example as department head
- Budget responsibility and management within the existing competence framework
- Leadership of employees from various professional disciplines within the area of responsibility
- Ensuring the professional training of assistant psychologists, assistant doctors and psychology interns
- Ensuring and coordinating the interdisciplinary care of patients within the area of responsibility
- Consideration and assurance of compliance with legal requirements
- Participation in strategic and conceptual tasks
- Promotion of interprofessional collaboration
- Ensuring optimal information flow within the area of responsibility as well as towards superiors and other relevant bodies
- Active participation in meetings and team sessions as well as contributing experiences from further training and continuing education
- Competences/Responsibilities
- Situational leadership of employees within the area of responsibility
- Conscientious execution of assigned tasks and ensuring tasks are covered during own absence
- Maintenance of professional exchange within the interdisciplinary treatment team
Your Profile
- You have a Federal Recognition in Psychotherapy and ideally several years of experience in this profession.
- Experience in team leadership is an advantage.
- You are open to interdisciplinary teamwork and reliable in documentation.
- Previous experience in sleep medicine is welcome, in-depth training is desired.
- You possess strong leadership and communication skills and actively promote professional as well as interprofessional exchange.
