We are looking for an entrepreneurial and personally convincing individual as Managing Director from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Operational and strategic overall management of Allmendpark
• Leadership, promotion, and further development of employees
• Responsibility for finance, budget, and controlling
• Further development of services and organisation
• Maintaining relationships with authorities and partners

What you bring

• Experience in a leadership or management role
• Business administration training or home management qualification
• High social competence and strong communication skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking and decisiveness
• Modern leadership understanding
