• Professional and personnel responsibility for the entire LANDI store
• Professional and personnel support for the TopShop management
• Professional advice and support for our LANDI customers
• Active promotion of the sales assortment
• Ensuring sales-oriented product presentation and assortment currency
• Control of operating costs
• Achievement of budget and target specifications
• Ensuring correct cash register processes and settlements
• Various administrative tasks
• Ensuring compliance with legal and operational requirements

• Completed vocational training (sales, gastronomy or similar)
• Leadership experience
• Regionally anchored and well networked
• Experience in a similar environment is an advantage
• An ambitious personality with a lot of energy and joy in work
• Solution-oriented, committed and communicative
• Enjoyment of customer contact
• Very good German skills are mandatory

LANDI RESO, with locations in Solothurn, Bellach and Grenchen, is a versatile LANDI with the areas of agriculture, retail, energy as well as a bakery with various locations. In Grenchen, we operate a LANDI store, a gas station, a shop and a car wash.

To complement the team at the lively branch in Grenchen, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for you as a motivated and committed personality as store manager in a 100% position.
