What to expect

• Technical responsibility and contact person for main assemblies, systems or rolling stock
• Participation in projects and subprojects
• Definition of maintenance specifications, technical changes as well as further development of rolling stock and data maintenance
• Optimisation of main assemblies and maintenance measures through data analysis and supplier contact
• Handling technical issues and deriving improvement and change measures to increase vehicle reliability and availability

What you bring

• Higher technical education at HF, FH or university level in mechanical engineering or rail vehicle technology
• Knowledge of wheel-rail interaction is an advantage
• Experience in project management
• Independent, structured as well as goal- and result-oriented working style
• Good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills desirable
• Good SAP knowledge

For 2% of your annual salary, you receive five additional days off credited, for 4% ten additional days off credited. The same applies in reverse: you can waive days off and receive more salary instead.

Do public holidays fall on a weekend? At SOB, these days are credited to you.
