Your tasks - versatile and responsible

• Operational finance:
  Independent management of accounts payable and bank accounting
  including dunning procedures.

• Cash & liquidity management:
  Handling payment transactions and performing

  bank reconciliations in the cash pool.

• Group reconciliation:
  Efficient execution of intercompany reconciliations within the group.

• Special & closing tasks:
  Responsibility for fixed asset accounting, preparation of
  VAT returns as well as active support in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in the general ledger.

• Process optimisation:
  Proactive participation in the development and automation of existing or new financial processes.

• Team player:
  Reliable deputy within the accounting team.

Your profile – digital, precise and experienced

• Solid foundation: Commercial basic training and several years of professional experience in finance and accounting.
• Advanced education: Further training in finance and accounting (e.g. professional certificate) is a great advantage.
• Language skills: Fluent German and good to very good English skills.
• Tech mindset: Excellent ERP knowledge (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365) and advanced use of MS Excel.
• Working style: Structured, error-free and independent working method. 
• Personality: Team-oriented, flexible, solution-focused as well as resilient and persistent.
