Network & Security Engineer (m/f) 80-100%

Your area of responsibility

• You develop, configure, install, and operate modern network and security solutions directly on site at the customer
• You evaluate new technologies in the field of networks and IT security and actively bring them into the company
• You develop technical concepts and convince with clear presentations and understandable documentation
• You work on exciting IT projects and support the team with your know-how
• You analyze and resolve disruptions in a targeted and efficient manner
• You are willing to work outside regular working hours

Your profile

• A solid IT education as well as initial professional experience in the field of networks and/or security
• Enthusiasm for IT security products – ideally already with know-how of F5, Check Point, Cisco, or comparable manufacturers
• Good knowledge of network technologies (e.g.

e.g., routing, switching), practical experience with Cisco components is an advantage

• Enjoyment of continuous training and new technologies
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with high quality standards
• Teamwork skills, initiative, and enjoyment of project-based work
• Very good German skills (C1/C2), understanding of Swiss German, as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
• Organizational talent, ability to prioritize, and resilience
