Building Services Planner in the Sanitary Sector (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Use of contemporary planning methods such as 3D modelling and BIM
- Comprehensive planning of new build and refurbishment projects, from conception to execution
- Preparation of tenders for the projects
- Support of the project manager
- Active participation in project and construction meetings
- Close collaboration with clients and various trades
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed training
- Good communication skills in German, both written and spoken
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Practical experience with CAD software and use of 3D modelling and Building Information Modelling (BIM)
- Conscientious and reliable working style as well as a friendly demeanour
- Team player
