About the job
HOUSING Social Pedagogical Services
BACHTELEN
Start your path in social pedagogy
Are you interested in training in the social field and want to find out if social pedagogy really suits you? Are you at least 20 years old, have completed school or an apprenticeship, or are you looking for a meaningful interim solution with perspective?
An internship with us offers you the opportunity to get to know the everyday professional life of social pedagogues realistically, practically, and with guidance. With us, you will be specifically prepared for training at a university of applied sciences, higher technical school, or another social pedagogical training. If we have training places available, you can complete your studies afterwards.
Who we are
At Bachtelen, children, adolescents, and young adults are the focus. We support them in challenging life situations with expertise, commitment, and an appreciative attitude.
In our mixed-gender residential groups in Grenchen, Derendingen, and Hägendorf, we shape everyday life together with the young people and create spaces for development, stability, and perspectives.
Our work thrives on relationships, reliability, and professionalism – and on being able to accompany young people in important developmental phases.
We are looking for from August 1, 2026
