For our clients in the Biberist region and the city of Solothurn, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for warm, reliable and committed SRK care assistants with a workload of 10–40 %.

• You support our clients with daily basic care and personal hygiene in their familiar home environment.
• You assist with everyday activities and promote independence and quality of life.
• You accompany and care for our clients individually and respond to their personal needs.
• You observe changes in health status and pass on important information to the responsible nursing professionals.
• You work independently and maintain regular communication with our nursing team.
• Your warm and empathetic manner ensures safety, trust and well-being.

• Completed SRK care assistant course or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
• Enjoyment in caring for and supporting elderly and dependent people
• A warm, empathetic and reliable personality
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Flexibility and willingness to take on different assignments
• Good knowledge of German
• Team spirit and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Driving licence with own car
