What you can achieve with us.

In this versatile role, you will look after several properties on site and be the contact person for our customers.
Your tasks include:

• Operation and maintenance of several properties in the technical and infrastructural area.
• Minor repair work on building services systems and facilities.
• Coordination and supervision of external craftsmen during maintenance & renovation work.
• Preparation of quotes for our customers.
• Assistance in organising and implementing projects.
• Support with technical and organisational issues.
• Contact person for owners, administration, tenants, authorities, neighbours and internal departments on professional matters.
• Maintenance & care of building and outdoor facilities.
• Execution of cleaning and surrounding area work.
• Ensuring a well-kept appearance of the property.
• On-call duty assignments.

What sets you apart.

You live service and are committed to quality and reliability with conviction. You bring with you:

• A completed training as a specialist in operational maintenance/caretaker (or similar education/training).
• Several years of professional experience in the infrastructural/caretaker sector.
• Technical know-how is essential.
• Knowledge of fire alarm/sprinkler systems as well as building management systems.
• Independent, structured working style and sense of responsibility.
• Strong service mentality and organisational talent.
• Solution-oriented thinking and openness to administrative tasks.
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as English skills are an advantage.
• Affinity and enjoyment of digital work.
• Willingness for on-call duty assignments.
• Valid driving licence category B and residence in the Bern region.
