Then this role could be just right for you. You will take on a variety of tasks, especially in the systems area, coordinate external partners and contribute to ensuring that employees, residents and visitors can rely on a functioning infrastructure.
These are your tasks
- Ensure trouble-free operation of buildings, systems and facilities (HVACSE)
- Carry out maintenance and upkeep work as well as minor repairs on technical systems
- Take on tasks related to emergency and safety equipment (e.g. monitoring maintenance, training employees)
- Assist with the care and maintenance of outdoor areas including winter services
- Support at events, moves and company occasions as well as collaborate on maintenance projects Document work, handle administrative tasks within your own area of responsibility
- Support practical trainers in supervising apprentices for Facility Management EFZ
- On-call duty including evening and weekend shifts
This is what sets you apart
- Qualified Facility Management EFZ professional or completed vocational training in the field of sanitation, heating, ventilation or electrical (HVACSE)
- Ideally professional experience in a similar role
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
- Enjoy taking responsibility, thinking along and keeping an overview even with diverse tasks
- Reliable, responsible and independent working style
- High service orientation and respectful interaction with different stakeholders
- Team spirit and willingness to support where help is needed
