We are looking for a motivated and warm-hearted ward manager (m/f/d) for a respected nursing facility in the Brugg area, who can start immediately or by arrangement. • You will lead a dedicated nursing team of 15 to 20 employees both professionally and personally and ensure smooth operations
• You support and promote the development of your employees and create a motivating working atmosphere
• You maintain communication with relatives and external specialist agencies and ensure clear, targeted communication

• You have a qualification as a certified nursing professional HF/FH
• You bring solid nursing experience, ideally also in a leadership position
• You have organisational talent, a strong leadership personality and keep an overview even in stressful situations
• You are empathetic and know how to inspire your team with clear communication
