About the job

As a Store Manager at McOptic Crissier (VD), you are responsible for the operational and strategic management of the retail outlet. Your duties notably include:

• Team management and motivation: you supervise the store team, encourage the development of each employee, and ensure a positive working environment.
• Responsibility for commercial results: you are accountable for the turnover and successfully implement sales strategies.
• Customer advice: thanks to your expertise in optics, you assist your customers professionally and personally.
• Store organisation and management: you ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
• Marketing and promotion: you implement local marketing actions and represent the McOptic brand in your region.

Your profile

You are a dynamic and motivated manager, with a genuine sense of customer service and leadership. You also bring:

• Training in optics: you hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an optician, an optician diploma, an optometrist diploma, or an equivalent qualification.
• Management experience: ideally, you have already led a store or a team. If not yet, we support you in developing towards this role.
• A strong sense of responsibility: you lead by example and carry out your duties professionally.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer orientation: you know how to build trust with customers and retain them long-term. For your team as well as our customers, you are ready to go the extra mile.
• A keen sense of organisation: you always maintain an overview and manage priorities effectively.
• Motivation and initiative: you like to take charge and work proactively. You also pass on this mindset to your team to achieve your goals together.
