The Housekeeping department takes care of the provision, cleaning, and maintenance of the 65 rooms, the publicly accessible areas, as well as the infrastructure around the hotel such as the swimming pool, parking spaces, garage, staff house, and garden.

We are a seasonal hotel: the season begins for you at the beginning of March and is expected to end on 31.12.2024.

Tasks

 

You report to the housekeeper and support her as well as the floor chambermaids in cleaning and preparing the guest rooms (transporting laundry, cleaning windows, floors, and balconies, performing small repairs, attending to the minibar, etc.)

Additionally, you accompany guests with cars to the underground garage, assist with parking, carry guest luggage to and from the rooms, help set up extra beds, etc.

 

Requirements

You have basic training as an electrician, painter, or in the field of electrical installations, are in impeccable physical condition, and have no physical limitations.

You are always ready for the guest, the housekeeping team, and the reception. You help everywhere, see the work that needs to be done, and through your helpfulness in every situation contribute to emphasizing and strengthening the hotel's image with its proverbial politeness and helpfulness. You are extremely service-oriented.

Your appearance is always fresh, alert, friendly, and your clothing is impeccable.

Languages

 

Italian: conversational, basic conversational ability in English and/or German; any additional language is a plus such as French, Spanish, or Portuguese.
