It supports doctors, attending physicians, group practices, and service providers in the healthcare sector (physiotherapists, osteopaths, psychologists, etc.) with IT industry solutions and comprehensive service packages. Main tasks
- Accompanying our new customers through the onboarding process for a smooth start in our organization.
- Support, assistance, and care for our existing customers by phone, virtually, or in person.
- Administrative support for agency management.
- Maintaining contacts with internal and external partners.
- Supporting the team in all administrative matters.
Requirements
- Completed or comparable training in the commercial field.
- You are a customer-friendly personality and have experience in customer contact, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- You enjoy working with numbers and explaining them.
- You appreciate teamwork and see it as a matter of course.
- Strong conflict resolution skills in dealing with customers.
- You bring a service-oriented and customer-focused as well as analytical and solution-oriented working style.
- You have proficient MS Office skills.
- Very good oral and written German skills. French and/or English skills are an advantage.
