Negishi Urban Susi, an innovative food concept by the Wiesner Gastronomie AG family, was launched in 2006 and has since secured a firm place in the hearts of sushi lovers. With a variety of creative sushi creations – from classic to vegetarian variations – the restaurant delights a wide range of guests. The venue in Basel on Stänzlergasse is one of the few with a so-called Kaiten, also known as a sushi conveyor belt, and has 80 seats indoors and 32 additional seats outdoors.

Your versatile tasks:

• Cleaning the kitchen and washing the dishes 🧽

• Supporting production tasks in the kitchen 🍳

• Adhering to all hygiene guidelines and quality standards ✅

• Maintaining order in storerooms and kitchen 🗄️

• Assisting with the preparation of mise en place for lunch and dinner service 🍴

Your talents & experience:

• Several years of experience in the kitchen 👨 🍳

• Good spoken German skills 🗣️

• You work cleanly and precisely ✨

• A hands-on mentality is one of your strengths 🛠️

• Helpfulness and team spirit characterise you 🤝
