About the job

In AVOR and design for Riotherm, you create the technical foundations for customer projects and internal production. You translate requirements into drawings, documentation, and clear materials.

In Sulgen, you work closely with project management, sales, and production and also contribute to the maintenance and further development of our Riotherm products.

Your task

You ensure that technical information is complete, comprehensible, and usable for production, project management, and customers. In doing so, you connect design, AVOR, and product knowledge.

What you will achieve with us.

• You have a technical or craft-based basic education – for example as a carpenter or joiner, draughtsman or designer – or bring comparable experience in technical planning.
• You create and maintain technical documentation as well as sales drawings and visualisations.
• You accompany internal product approvals and check compliance with the technical foundations.
• You work on the optimisation and further development of existing products and contribute insights from customer projects.
• You clarify technical questions with project management, sales, and other stakeholders.

What you bring with you

• You have training as a carpenter, joiner, or exhibition builder or a comparable craft-technical qualification.
• You bring experience in AVOR, technical drawing, or design; experience from a carpentry workshop will make it easier for you to get started.
• You can independently handle simple AVOR tasks and want to further expand your knowledge of air conditioning technology.
• CAD experience is an advantage. What matters is that you can confidently create, check, and document technical drawings.
• You work in a structured way, clarify uncertainties early, and communicate confidently in German.
