Hotel Services Team Leader (m/f)
70-80% from 1 June 2026 or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Personnel, professional and organisational management of daily operations with a team of 6 employees
- Practical work in the housekeeping areas (laundry, cleaning, dining room and cafeteria)
- Responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of all rooms
- Ensuring internal laundry supply
- Assistance in organising and carrying out
Events
- Responsible for compliance with the maintenance budget, inventory management, material distribution as well as purchasing of housekeeping items
Your profile
- Completed training as a hotel services-housekeeping specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
- Professional and leadership experience
- Additional training in hotel services / housekeeping or willingness to complete such training
- High social and professional competence as well as pronounced communication and teamwork skills
- Joy and enthusiasm for working with and for elderly people
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Very good MS Office skills
