Your main tasks are

• professional, personnel and organisational leadership of a team
• responsibility for the promotion and further development of employees
• ensuring professional care based on the care process
• professional care and support of residents and relatives
• management of electronic care documentation, performance recording (CareCoach, RAI)
• interprofessional collaboration with all parties involved in care and support
• co-responsible for the further development of the offer with a focus on the needs of the residents

You have

• training as a registered nurse HF/FH (DNII, AKP)
• professional and leadership experience in long-term care
• team spirit, warmth, resilience and flexibility
• further training in leadership or willingness to undertake such training
• good organisational and communication skills as well as a sense of humour
• enjoyment of leadership tasks and daily work with residents and relatives
