tilia offers people from the age of 18 who depend on care and support a professional and caring environment where they are well looked after. At our five locations in the greater Bern area, care and support focused on reference and palliative care are central. tilia operates inpatient long-term living areas, specialized departments for dementia and respiratory diseases, psychiatric, neurological and bariatric long-term care as well as various outpatient services.

Your task
- Empathetic and professional care and support of our residents
- Make an important contribution to the quality of life of the residents and to the care process
- Active participation in the daily life of the residents
- Perform household tasks and assist with material management
Our requirements
- Joy in the nursing profession and sensitivity in dealing with elderly people in need of care and their relatives
- High affinity for caring for people
- SRK nursing assistant, health & social assistant or equivalent
- Good oral and written German skills as well as understanding Swiss German
- Responsible, team-oriented and resilient personality
