About the job
The tilia Foundation for Long-Term Care is the leading provider of complex long-term care in the Bern region. At five locations, we support people from the age of 18 who require care and support. Our services include residential long-term living areas, specialised departments for people with dementia and respiratory diseases, as well as neurological and bariatric long-term care, complemented by outpatient services. We work according to the care organisation system of primary nursing. Palliative care is an integral part of our nursing attitude and our daily actions.

Your role
- Professional care and support of our residents under the guidance of the qualified nursing professional
- Making an important contribution to the quality of life of the residents and to the care process
- Taking on medical-technical tasks (according to competence)
- Performing domestic tasks and assisting with material management
Your profile
- Enjoyment of the nursing profession and sensitivity in dealing with people in need of care from 18 years of age
- Qualification as Health & Social Assistant, SRK Nursing Assistant, or an equivalent recognised qualification
- Good knowledge of German
- Sense of responsibility, team-oriented thinking, and resilience
