Your tasks 

• Production control of a 3- / 4-shift production 
• Triggering, booking and tracking of production orders 
• Capacity and resource planning 
• Preparation of calculations / post-calculations (production controlling) 
• Coordination and responsibility in the change process 
• Ongoing analysis and optimisation of processes 
• Preparation of work plans, work instructions and process descriptions 
• Support in conducting error analyses 
• Preparation of training materials and conducting training sessions
• Close cooperation with upstream and downstream departments, maintenance of master data in collaboration with other departments 
• Participation in daily shopfloor management 

We expect 

• Completed commercial training
• Initial professional experience in work preparation / production planning desirable 
• Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV) 
• Structured, solution-oriented working method 
• Strong sense of responsibility and high commitment 
• Very good communication skills and high social competence
