The St. Jakob Foundation in Zurich supports people with disabilities and creates diverse opportunities in the secondary labour market. For our further expansion in sales, we are looking for a customer-oriented, communicative and independent personality who will develop our key accounts, acquire new customers and build long-term business relationships.

These are your tasks:

• Responsibility for sales, contribution margin and target achievement of the customer portfolio
• Support and strategic development of existing key accounts
• Acquisition of new customers and building long-term customer relationships
• Development of sales strategies, account plans and new business opportunities
• Customer visits, negotiations and representation of the foundation at events
• Close cooperation with customer service and team management for successful order processing
• Market, competitor and customer analysis as well as forecast, pipeline and CRM management

This is what you bring:

• Commercial training or degree in business administration, sales or marketing
• Several years of experience in key account management or B2B sales
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial, analytical and customer-oriented thinking
• Independent, structured and results-oriented working style
• Teamwork skills, project management experience and confident handling of CRM and MS Office
• Very good German skills as well as high social competence and empathy
