- You independently manage the operational accounting.
- You are responsible for financial, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory and payroll accounting, asset accounting, expense payments, and accruals.
- The quarterly VAT declaration and reconciliation are within your area of responsibility.
- You coordinate and actively participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER.
- You support the preparation of audits and work closely with auditors.
- You contribute to the implementation and further development of the internal control system.
- You actively participate in the continuous optimisation and digitalisation of accounting processes.
- Cash management and weekly liquidity reporting are part of your duties.
Qualifications:
- You have completed commercial training with a professional certificate in finance and accounting or an equivalent further education.
- You bring 5+ years of professional experience in a comparable position.
- You possess solid knowledge of Swiss VAT and can apply it practically.
- You are confident in using Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Your German and English skills are business fluent.
- You work independently and master demanding tasks.
- You show openness to process optimisations and gladly take on responsibility.
- A team player mentality rounds off your profile.
