• Management and operation of the fresh produce departments as well as assistance in other departments
• Taking over store management in their absence
• Ensuring staff deployment / personnel planning
• Ensuring the flow of information and store process guidelines
• Influence on economic key figures
• Promotion and development of employees and apprentices

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialisation: Retail
• Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in retail
• Experience in personnel management
• Skill in planning and organising tasks as well as a flair for interpreting key figures
• Good communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
• High sense of responsibility
• Sound knowledge of common management systems
• German (B1)
