About the job
Holidays: Special holiday plans? If the annual 25 to 32 holiday days are sometimes not enough, the possibility of unpaid leave can be discussed with us. Our employees also receive an additional day off for their birthday!
GAV: Our employment conditions are generally based on the collective labour agreement (GAV) for the staff of Bernese hospitals and clinics.
KITA: Flexible and, as far as possible, shift-time adapted opening hours are plus points of our hospital-owned daycare centre in Burgdorf, alongside reduced prices.
Culinary: Our kitchens in Burgdorf and Langnau largely work with seasonal, healthy and local products. Employees benefit from a discount and can indulge themselves with a varied buffet selection. Microwaves for self-brought meals are also available.
