Automation Technician – Mechanical and Plant Engineering with Commissioning Experience

Tasks

Assembling, tubing, and wiring modern automation systems
Creating and optimising electrical and pneumatic schematics as well as maintaining technical documentation
Mounting and testing control cabinets according to high-quality standards
Conducting functional tests together with system engineering and accompanying the systems up to commissioning
Supporting commissioning both domestically and abroad as well as analysing and resolving technical faults
Collaborating with design, system engineering, and industrial engineering
Supporting and mentoring apprentices in their daily work

Requirements

Completed training as an automation technician or comparable technical basic training
Experience in mechanical or plant engineering is an advantage
Knowledge in schematic creation, ideally with SEE Electrical
Independent, precise, and reliable working style
Technical understanding as well as enthusiasm for troubleshooting and optimisation
Willingness for occasional assignments abroad
Creative, solution-oriented, and team-capable personality
