Working Student CRM 50% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

CRM / CEP & Marketing Automation

• Creation and implementation of campaigns in MoEngage (newsletter, web push, onsite messaging, web personalization)
• Building, maintaining and quality assurance of segments as well as implementation of selection briefings for digital, marketing and sales
• Analysis, reporting and optimization of campaign performance across all touchpoints
• Collaboration in the further development of customer data management and CRM processes
• Active participation in the CRM omnichannel project (requirements definition, testing, rollout support, quality assurance)
• Close exchange with internal stakeholders (paid marketing, social media, content, graphics, etc.) as well as external partners
• Ensuring a consistent brand presence across all CRM-relevant channels

E-Commerce & Testing of further developments

• Support in onsite merchandising with a focus on CRM-relevant content
• Testing new functions across various systems (feature tests, function validations)

Your profile:

Professional qualification & experience

• Ongoing studies in marketing, communication, business or related fields
• First practical experience in the digital environment, CRM, marketing automation or e-commerce is an advantage, e.g. through internships, working student jobs or projects
• Basic knowledge or interest in CRM/CEP & marketing automation tools (e.g. MoEngage, Emarsys, Hubspot, Blueshift, Mapp)
• First experience in testing functions, processes or campaigns (e.g. A/B tests, function validation) desirable
• Strong digital understanding, analytical thinking and enjoyment of data-driven tasks

Languages

• Very good German skills
• Good English skills
• French and Italian are an advantage

• Quick comprehension, structured and precise way of working
• Target group-oriented thinking and sensitivity for digital communication
• Hands-on mentality, initiative and enjoyment of technical issues
• Team player with a reliable and cooperative working style
