Specialist Cooperation and Shipping Management (m/f)

Anamarija, Nina, Tobias and other colleagues from the Sales & Campaign Management team in Zurich and Basel are looking for reinforcement to bring our campaigns to the finish line. In other words: you!

Your new job

• Implementation of marketing and sales measures for our cooperations in close collaboration with internal specialist departments
• Independent maintenance and updating of our internal and external marketing tools such as flyers, brochures, landing pages, training materials, intranet, etc., as well as associated sales measures
• Coordination of necessary content, deadlines, approvals and interfaces, ensuring everything is in the right place at the right time
• Responsibility for shipping management, ensuring smooth and timely execution of physical mailings
• Representation and support of those responsible for digital channels in implementations
• Execution of test cases for quality assurance
• Preparation of evaluations and reports as well as derivation of relevant insights

What we benefit from

• Education or further training in marketing, communication, sales, business administration or a comparable field (Bachelor or Master)
• Several years of professional experience in an operational role in marketing, sales or operations environment; banking experience is an advantage
• Enjoyment of an operational role where you organise, coordinate and implement tasks independently
• Proficient in the use of AI in daily work and in creating prompts
• Preparation of content, structuring information and supporting recurring tasks
• Structured and reliable working style - even when handling multiple topics simultaneously
• Very good Excel skills (e.g. macros) are a prerequisite
• High affinity for digital tools, ideally first experience with Confluence or comparable collaboration platforms and willingness to familiarise yourself with the bank's CRM
