The Business Unit Process Analytics develops, produces, and markets state-of-the-art process measurement technology for customers in biopharma, chemistry, and breweries. Our product portfolio includes sensors for critical process parameters such as pH value, oxygen, and sensors for measuring cell density, which are enormously important in biological processes and unique worldwide with their innovative technology.
What you can achieve:
For our Product Care team in the development department of the Process Analytics business unit, we are looking for a committed individual with technical understanding, organisational skills, and enjoyment in collaborating across various departments.
In this role, you accompany our sensor products throughout their entire lifecycle and ensure that product changes, expansions, and optimisations are implemented efficiently, sustainably, and with high quality. You will work closely with development, production, quality, purchasing, regulatory affairs, and other stakeholders.
Your tasks
As Project Manager Product Care, you take responsibility for planning, coordinating, and implementing product changes and product expansions.
- Leading and coordinating cross-departmental change and integration projects
- Planning and implementing product changes, product maintenance, and obsolescence projects
- Analysing the scope of changes and estimating impacts on inventory, production, resources, costs, and schedules
- Coordinating interdisciplinary teams and ensuring smooth project execution
- Conducting risk analyses and supporting special approvals in collaboration with quality managers
- Ensuring compliance with processes and guidelines
- Planning and coordinating qualifications, verifications, and product tests
- Supporting the transfer of modified products into series production
- Creating and maintaining the required project documentation
What you bring:
- Technical basic training with further education at HF or FH level, preferably in mechanics, electronics, or a related field
- Broad technical understanding and interest in interdisciplinary issues
- Experience in project coordination or a technical environment is an advantage
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- High quality awareness and understanding of technical and operational contexts
- Communicative personality with assertiveness and team spirit
- Very good German and good English skills
