To strengthen our Quality Assurance department team, we are looking for a responsible and team-oriented person to start immediately or by arrangement

Your tasks

• Conducting microbiological tests on food, surface, and water samples as well as proper handling, maintenance, and calibration of testing equipment and laboratory devices while adhering to the highest hygiene and safety standards
• Planning and conducting sampling and laboratory tests (microbiology, nutritional values, allergens, shelf-life tests) as well as implementing and documenting quality controls throughout the production process
• Assisting in maintaining and further developing the HACCP system, performing hygiene checks (e.g., contact plate tests, air germ tests, pathogen monitoring), and participating in company tours
• Supporting internal and external audits as well as managing service providers
• Participating in product development, organizing and conducting tastings and product inspections including evaluation and documentation
• Handling customer complaints, determining and monitoring corrective actions
• Evaluating temperature monitoring and creating and maintaining product specifications

Your profile

• Completed training as a laboratory technician EFZ, specializing in biology.
• Experience in microbiological analytics, ideally in food analytics
• Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Precise, careful, and responsible working style
• Independent, reliable, and team-oriented personality with a high quality awareness
