What you will achieve
- Leading demanding projects in structural engineered timber construction and timber element construction from planning and production to handover.
- Responsibility for quality and timely project execution within the agreed budgets.
- Optimising execution solutions in workshop planning regarding materials, fabrication, and assembly.
- Point of contact for clients and coordination of all subcontractors and specialist experts involved in the project.
- Managing assigned project resources and monitoring their efficient use.
- Controlling and supervising project execution in compliance with corporate guidelines and legal requirements.
- Preparing manufacturing and assembly documents as well as schedules.
- Conducting tender negotiations together with project management and procurement.
Why you will succeed
- Apprenticeship as a carpenter and foreman training or technician HF or timber construction/civil engineer.
- Professional experience as a carpenter or foreman.
- Experience in the construction execution of timber construction projects.
- Knowledge of CAD planning.
- Several years of experience in construction management of timber construction projects (technical and commercial project control).
- Sound knowledge of Swiss construction law.
- Good communication skills and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Good user knowledge of the MS Office suite.
- Professional leadership experience.
