Production Planner PPS (f,m,d) 80-100 %

These are your tasks:

• Responsible for on-time production, scheduling, and capacity planning in coordination with sales and production
• Scheduling manufacturing orders in the ERP system up to the provision of production documents for manufacturing
• Coordination with purchasing or production in case of material or resource shortages and initiating immediate measures in case of schedule or capacity deviations
• Preparation and provision of key figures for the daily shopfloor meeting
• Co-responsibility for optimising inventory levels
• Active participation in continuous process improvement

• You have completed commercial or technical training; further education in supply chain management is desirable. Furthermore, you have several years of professional experience, ideally in a comparable environment
• You recognise opportunities for innovation and optimisation and can present them transparently
• You describe yourself as a team player, a "doer" type, and can think in a networked way
• Reliability, punctuality, and precise working methods are among your personal characteristics
• You live a constructive feedback culture, maintain open communication, and are proactive
• You have business fluent German skills (spoken and written); knowledge of French and English is an advantage
• MS Office skills are a prerequisite
