Manager Work Preparation / AVOR (m/f/d) 100%

In this key position, you will ensure optimal production planning, lead the AVOR team both professionally and personally, and actively drive the further development of processes and SAP applications.

Your tasks:

Production Planning & Control

• Responsibility for production planning in close cooperation with production, sales, engineering, service, logistics, and purchasing
• Creation and scheduling of production orders and work plans
• Preparation of production orders based on technical drawings
• Definition and monitoring of delivery dates for customer orders
• Capacity planning and ensuring economical and timely production
• Analysis of bottlenecks and capacity deviations as well as initiation of improvement measures

Processes & Systems

• Further development and optimisation of SAP applications and their functionalities
• Training and support of users in the SAP environment
• Maintenance of material master data and bills of materials
• Definition, monitoring, and evaluation of relevant key figures
• Active participation in cross-departmental optimisation and development projects
• Support in the introduction of new processes, standards, and methods

Leadership & Collaboration

• Personnel and professional leadership of the AVOR team
• Promotion and development of employees
• Ensuring the performance and continuous improvement of AVOR
• Ensuring efficient information flow between AVOR, production, sales, and process management

Your profile:

• Completed technical vocational training with sound technical understanding
• Confident reading and interpretation of technical drawings
• Several years of experience in work preparation (AVOR), production planning, or in a manufacturing industrial environment
• Very good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
• Strong process thinking as well as analytical and structured working methods
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• High initiative, assertiveness, and team orientation
