Your Tasks

In daily service, an independent station is managed autonomously and the culinary experience is actively accompanied.

Attending to guests from reception to farewell including order taking and guest guidance
Ensuring professional food and beverage service at Michelin level according to standards
Independent management of your own station
Close and ongoing coordination with the kitchen during service
Billing and collection at your own station
Preparation of mise en place for a smooth service process

Your Profile

We are looking for a service-oriented personality with development potential and joy in quality.

Completed training as a hotel or restaurant specialist is an advantage
Professional experience in upscale gastronomy or service environment
Willingness to further develop professional knowledge in food and beverage service
Independent and structured way of working
Host personality with team orientation
Good German and English skills, additional foreign language skills are an advantage
