To strengthen our team in the area of Technical Facility Management for one of our top 5 clients in the telecommunications industry, we are looking for a service-oriented and experienced professional to start immediately or by arrangement.

In this exciting and versatile role, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of building technology in the assigned critical infrastructures/data centers with a minimum availability of 99.95%.

Your main tasks:

• Direct execution of orders in the technical field
• Responsibility for the smooth technical operation and its maintenance
• Management of order management in the electrical sector (HVAC) (handling maintenance and inspections in ticketing)
• Leading maintenance, renovation, expansion, and remediation projects
• Execution of troubleshooting, commissioning, function, and acceptance tests
• Providing on-call service and emergency interventions
• Conducting/assisting with emergency power drills and power-off tests (POT) as irregular night work

Your profile:

• Technical basic training with knowledge of building technology
• Professional experience with electrical systems
• Further training in project management & facility management is an advantage
• Knowledge in building technology (HVAC & MSRL) is desired
• Proficient PC user (MS Office)
• Very good German and/or French language skills, both spoken and written, with good knowledge of the other language
• Driver's license required (Category B)
• Impeccable character
