The Adullam Foundation is a leading institution for geriatric medicine, therapy, and nursing in Northwestern Switzerland. It operates a hospital and an affiliated nursing center each in Basel and Riehen. The approximately 800 employees offer elderly people a regionally unique comprehensive care from acute medicine through rehabilitation to transitional and long-term care. Your Tasks

You advise and support nurses in complex and challenging care situations

You conduct assessments of complex care situations with referrers before hospital admission

You promote the theory-practice transfer and strengthen evidence-based nursing practice

You initiate and accompany the implementation of findings from nursing research

You further develop nursing guidelines, concepts, and specialist topics and implement them together with the teams

You contribute your advanced clinical skills in close collaboration with the nursing teams

You lead case discussions, delegate groups, and help design training sessions

You support nurses in everyday practice

You work on nursing-related and interprofessional projects (e.g., introduction of KIS) and contribute to quality management

You lead the PEX specialist committee of the hospitals and nursing centers (4 nursing experts)

Your Profile

Completed training as a certified nurse (Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF or FH)

Master in Nursing Science (CNS or Nurse Practitioner)

Several years of professional experience in nursing practice, ideally in a multi-site setting

High professional and clinical competence

Enjoy initiating development processes and sustainably strengthening nursing quality

Leadership skills with an appreciative and connecting attitude

Committed, reflective personality with a sense of responsibility
