Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing

Activities

Programming, setting up and operating modern 3- and 5-axis CNC milling machines
Processing prototypes and small series according to 3D printing processes
Use of CAM software for efficient manufacturing
Sinking and wire erosion depending on interest and experience
Mechanical reworking with conventional machines
Ensuring product quality through ongoing inspections during the process

Requirements

Completed training as a polymechanic or comparable qualification
Experience with Heidenhain controls and ideally CAM systems
Independent, structured working method combined with creativity
Enjoyment of teamwork and problem solving
High commitment and willingness to take responsibility
