For our Max Mara store in the heart of Bern's Old Town, we are looking for a Client Advisor (m/f/d) 100% to start immediately or by arrangement.

As a Client Advisor, you will convince our discerning clientele with your expertise and passion for fashion and consulting. You are motivated, goal-oriented, and enjoy working in a team.

Your main tasks: 

• Active sales and customer advice for our local and international clientele
• Intensive care of our regular customers
• Continuous expansion of our CRM
• Goods receipt inspection and inventory management
• Continuous e-learning about the product

Your profile: 

• Several years of experience in selling high-quality fashion
• Sales-strong and committed personality
• Confident, well-groomed appearance with impeccable manners
• Team-oriented
• Fluent German and French skills are required
• Computer skills are an advantage
