Your contribution to our team

In this versatile role, you are the first point of contact for our customers and accompany orders from quotation preparation to successful invoicing. In addition to telephone customer advice, you take on the professional handling of concerns and complaints and make an important contribution to expanding existing customer and project relationships.

The maintenance and updating of relevant customer and project data is also part of your area of responsibility, as is ensuring a high data quality. In close cooperation with the field service, the Point of Service and other internal specialist departments, you ensure efficient and high-quality order processing. Your range of tasks is rounded off by active participation in the optimisation of processes and procedures to continuously develop our customer service.

Your profile

• Completed basic training in the electrical industry or a comparable technical education
• Enjoyment of customer contact as well as a pronounced service and sales orientation
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications as well as experience in the ERP environment
• Structured, reliable and independent way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with different stakeholders
• High customer orientation combined with a solution-oriented mindset
• Team player with a positive, committed and responsible personality
• Business fluent German skills in spoken and written form
