Tanne is the competence centre in the German-speaking part of Switzerland for people with congenital deafblindness / dual sensory impairment and related multiple sensory disabilities, as well as for people on the autism spectrum.

To complement our motivated team in day service, we are looking for an experienced person immediately or by arrangement

Dipl. Nurse HF/FH, 40-80%

Your tasks

• Co-designing the development and expansion of the nursing service position
• Co-responsibility in organising and coordinating nursing processes
• Supporting the educational team with treatment care
• Professional care of our clients taking their needs into account
• Promoting internal interdisciplinary collaboration
• Ensuring complete documentation and flawless reporting
• Ensuring communication with external institutions (clinics, home care, medical practices, etc.)

Your profile

• Experienced individual as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH
• Good oral and written German skills
• Organisational talent with precise working methods
• Independent and responsible
• Challenges ignite your passion
• Curious and open to learning together
• Interested in keeping your professional knowledge up to date through further training
