Do you want to use your medical expertise to support people directly – and at the same time work differently than in classic nursing everyday life?

At concordiaMed you advise insured persons on acute and general health questions. You assess medical situations, estimate their urgency and support adults and children in finding the appropriate next treatment step.

What to expect

As a Telemedicine Health Advisor, you take on a professionally diverse and responsible role:

• You conduct telephone health consultations and medical triage.
• You assess complaints and estimate the urgency of further treatment.
• You support insured persons in choosing the appropriate treatment path and in navigating the healthcare system.
• You advise on various topics related to health, illness, prevention and treatment.
• You document your consultations in a structured manner in our digital systems.
• You work closely with our medical team and various partners in the healthcare sector.

The range extends from acute medical issues to child and family health, as well as treatment courses and prevention.

What you bring

You have a Diploma as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF and already have clinical professional experience.

We also value the following:

• You can capture health situations in a structured way and make well-founded decisions by telephone.
• You communicate confidently and empathetically in German and French. Additional languages are welcome. You work independently, reliably and responsibly.
• You convey calm and orientation even in demanding situations.
• You enjoy digital working tools and modern forms of healthcare provision.
• You are willing to work in a three-shift system between 06:45 and 21:00, including regular weekends.

Experience in telemedicine is an advantage. We will guide you step by step into telephone health consultation and medical triage.
