Doer wanted
Responsible for Project Implementation and Development
at a workload of 60 - 100%, by arrangement
Do you like it when ideas don’t get stuck in concepts?
You enjoy thinking along – and then moving forward? You can take different perspectives and still stay grounded? Then this role suits you.Directly positioned as a staff unit to the Managing Director, you strengthen and relieve our departments in important development and project initiatives. You help to get demanding, partly cross-departmental topics moving. You clarify goals, roles, deadlines and responsibilities. You sort out complexity and bring people together. You ensure that good ideas become concrete steps and successful, joyful stories. You translate concepts and strategic directives into simple tools, training, processes and solutions that work in everyday life. In doing so, you keep an overview of all ongoing projects and coordinate the results with those responsible for quality, digitalisation and data protection.
What you bring
We are looking for a doer with head, heart and implementation power. Someone who takes responsibility, creates clarity, remains reliable, engages and involves people. You can handle ambiguity, communicate kindly, directly and solution-oriented. You persevere, even when it gets challenging. We are not looking for someone who only manages project plans and sees themselves as a portfolio manager.
You do not need a classic project career for this. What matters is that you have led projects and/or successfully taken on leadership roles during development phases. Perhaps you are a social pedagogue with a drive to shape things. Perhaps a coach eager for more impact. Perhaps you come from education, social work, vocational integration or leadership in non-profit organisations. Important is: you think along, get stuck in, move things forward and can take different perspectives. You have a higher education at tertiary level. Further training in project management, development, leadership, adult education or similar topics is an advantage. Equally important to us are implementation power, ability to learn, digital affinity, reliability and joy in building and advancing something together with others. Discretion in handling confidential information and sensitive topics is a matter of course for you. What we offer
We offer a role with meaning, scope for design and impact. With us, strategy, social responsibility, educational work, everyday business and project implementation come together directly. What matters is: you are relevant to the foundation, have impact and enjoy the support of the management. You have short communication paths, real topics, committed colleagues and the opportunity to actively shape development.
By train, we are about 20 minutes from Bern. We promote a health-supporting work environment, professional development and offer working and employment conditions according to cantonal guidelines.
Rolf Kaeser, Managing Director (034 556 22 00) or Melanie Probst, Head of Human Resources, will be happy to answer your questions.
