- Development and implementation of a uniform image and video language
- Photography and video production including post-processing
- Conceptualization, production, and optimization of videos and short-form content (including storyboarding) for various channels (Social Media, Print, Website)
- Planning, coordination, and execution of shoots with internal and external partners
- Collaboration with agencies, photographers, and videographers (briefing, coordination)
- Management of photo and video equipment as well as maintenance of media asset management (MAM)
- Development and implementation of social media campaigns focusing on visual storytelling
- Completed training as a media specialist, graphic designer, multimedia designer, or comparable qualification
- Solid knowledge in photography, video production, and image editing
- Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Rush, or comparable software)
- Creative flair for visual storytelling, trends, and appealing staging
- High self-initiative, creativity, and innovative spirit
- Team ability and strong communication skills in dealing with internal and external partners
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
