• You work independently and are still not alone — you have freedom in organising your work, experience exchange and mutual support within the team.
• Your commitment is in the right place — directly at people’s homes. Through your support, they gain independence and experience relief.
• You assist our clients with basic care
• You take care of professional treatment care
• You carry out the care documentation thoroughly and independently
• You are closely involved in case management and actively participate in the care process
• You also take on administrative and organisational tasks if needed
• Your workplace extends over Burgdorf and the surrounding area. You are constantly on the move and enjoy fresh air.

• You have training as a Health Specialist
• You are characterised by your responsible and quality-conscious work
• You enjoy working with elderly people and are committed to the diverse tasks
• Preferably, you bring professional experience in long-term care
• You have a category B driving licence and own a car
• You can work 2 or 3 evenings and 2 or 3 mornings

• A cheerful, committed and young-at-heart team full of enthusiasm
• No night shifts: working hours between 07:00 and 21:00
• Salary at least 5600 CHF gross x 13 at 100% employment
• You get a Spitex car which you can also use privately.
