About the job
The Foundation Living in Old Age in Hinwil offers a home to around 90 elderly and care-dependent people. Across four departments, spread over two buildings, as well as in 29 retirement apartments – some with services – we are committed daily to ensuring that our residents feel safe, comfortable and well cared for.
For our nursing home in Hinwil, we are looking for committed and ambitious individuals for the nursing pool by arrangement as
Dipl. Nurse HF, Health Specialist or SRK Nursing Assistant
who gladly take responsibility and want to actively contribute.
Your Area of Responsibility
- Assuming basic and treatment care as well as supporting residents according to their wishes and biographies
- Accompanying trainees in everyday nursing
- Designing and implementing the nursing process within the framework of the key worker concept
- Professional support, advice and accompaniment within the team
- Implementation of the nursing process and documentation of care using Care Coach
- Performance recording with RAI
Your Profile
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF
- Professional experience in long-term care and/or acute care
- Open and innovative personality with pronounced social skills
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people
- Initiative, independence, reliability
- RAI and Care Coach knowledge desired
- Very good communication skills in German, both spoken and written
