Project Manager - Building Services / Heating and Cooling (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 110,000Our client is an established company in the field of technical solutions for buildings, infrastructure, and energy. The company offers comprehensive services and systems for various technical requirements and supports projects from planning to implementation and maintenance.

Responsibilities:
- Management and coordination of extensive and complex projects in energy and building services for renowned clients
- Responsibility for solutions regarding specialist concepts, specialist planning, and tenders of systems and installations according to customer requirements and technical regulations
- Management of planning teams in the implementation of planning projects in energy and building services using modern project management methods
- Ensuring costs, deadlines, quality, and resources in the role of project manager and client representative
- Ongoing project communication with clients, owners, architects, specialist planners, etc.
- Coordination of all external project participants
- The scope of requirements applies equally to project developments and new build projects as well as to conversion and renovation projects
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed further training in the field of energy and building services or comparable education
- The success of our projects depends on each individual: You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner, handle plan changes flexibly, and demonstrate team spirit and high commitment.
- You meet internal and external project partners with strong communication and assertiveness and also convince through negotiation skills.
- Result-oriented working style
- For occasional assignments on construction sites, you bring willingness to travel and a category B driving licence.
